The Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority is taking over control of the new “Silver Line” expansion of its mass transportation “Metro” system. Morcom     has played a pivotal road in the implementation of this new line of the subway system by providing all wireless communication equipment and facilities     to service the trains’ communications systems and the public safety organizations of the counties involved. The line is 28 miles (45 km) long and is     estimated to cost up to a total of $6.8 billion including all civil works, equipment, and related services.
